The BHDCA would like to thank Ms Hazel Courteney for her invaluable assistance in developing a new version of the Bosnia and Herzegovina SSP. The activities were conducted in a friendly and highly professional manner, involving a significant number of the BHDCA’s key staff.

Kazakhstan… has received effective and practicable recommendations for further development of the SSP. The comprehensive approach to improve the existing SSP covered second edition of Annex 19 ICAO and best practices. During the project a highly qualified and experienced short-term expert provided a deep understanding of the new concept of the SSP which will be applicable in 2019.

The Civil Aviation Agency would like to express its gratitude to the organizers, and, certainly, to the expert; owning to her great experience and high professionalism such a big volume of work was done in such a short period time. All the meetings and seminars were prepared and conducted without any complaints. А number of well-prepared draft documents demonstrates the achieved high result. This project is very important and timely for the Agency in the difficult period of its transformation.

Ms Courteney’s extensive knowledge and experience in technical matters, but also in organising the meetings, interviews and presentations, were very much appreciated. The BHDCA has significantly benefited from this EASA project supported by the NTU and looks forward to future cooperation.
